These terms govern your use of Rondavu.ing, a personalized weekly outing suggestion service. By signing up, you agree to these terms. They're meant to be fair and straightforward—not wall-of-legal-text corporate speak.

What the Service Is

Rondavu.ing is a $4.99/month digital subscription service. You get:

• •One personalized weekly email with 5–7 outing suggestions tailored to your location, budget, preferences, and calendar
• •Access to your suggestion archive on the web
• •The ability to save and track suggestions you're interested in

What We Don't Promise

Rondavu.ing uses AI to personalize suggestions, but it's not magic:

• •We don't guarantee you'll want to go.Our suggestions are personalized, but taste is subjective. You might not like them, and that's okay.
• •We're not liable if a venue closes, changes hours, or has a bad experience. Venues change. Check hours and reviews before going.
• •We're not liable for weather, traffic, or other circumstances. Plan accordingly.
• •We don't guarantee any specific outcome.The service is provided "as is." We try hard to make good suggestions, but no warranty.

Subscription & Billing

How You Can Use Rondavu.ing

By using Rondavu.ing, you agree to:

• Be 18 or older(or have parental consent if you're younger)
• Not abuse the service by sending spam, harassment, or malicious content
• Not scrape, hack, or probe our website or APIs without permission
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts to mislead us
• Not use the service for illegal purposes (e.g., money laundering, fraud, stalking)
• Not sell or redistribute access to Rondavu.ing

If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.

Your Account & Data

• •You own your data.We don't own your email, preferences, or calendar data. You do.
• •You're responsible for your login.Keep your email and password secure. We're not liable if someone else accesses your account.
• •You can delete your account anytime. All your data is deleted within 90 days (except email, held to prevent duplicate signups).

Our Intellectual Property

Everything we've created—the website, algorithms, emails, and design—is ours (or licensed to us). You get a personal license to use it. You can't:

• Copy or redistribute our code, design, or content
• Reverse-engineer our algorithms or recommendation system
• Claim our work as your own

What We're Not Liable For

To be clear: Rondavu.ing is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:

• Service outages or downtime (we'll work to minimize it)
• Bugs or errors in recommendations
• Data loss (we back up, but tech can fail)
• Third-party services like Stripe, Google, or Resend
• Anything that happens at a venue after you go
• Lost revenue, profits, or indirect damages

If we mess up, our liability is capped at what you paid ($4.99/month).

Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update Rondavu.ing or these terms anytime. We'll email you about material changes. If you don't like the changes, you can cancel your subscription.

Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Termination

You can cancel anytimefrom your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation is immediate; we won't charge you again.

We can terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• You harass our team or violate laws
• Your payment fails and you don't update it within 7 days

When we terminate, we'll try to give you notice, but we're not required to.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Minnesota. Both of us agree to try to resolve disagreements informally first (a phone call is better than a lawsuit for everyone).

Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
• Entire agreement: These terms, plus our privacy policy, are the whole deal. No side conversations override them.
• No waiver:If we don't enforce something, that doesn't mean we've given up our right to enforce it later.
